Drive new business development across European markets. Manage a portfolio of freight clients from prospecting through to long-term account management. Experience in maritime or freight sales preferred.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to NORDVLOOT teams across 6 international offices. Manage Microsoft 365, network connectivity, and shipping platform user support. ITIL certification preferred.
Analyse shipment data, carrier performance metrics, and port efficiency to optimise routing and cost. Use Power BI and internal tracking systems. 3+ years logistics or supply chain analysis required.
Lead requirements gathering and process mapping for NORDVLOOT's digital platform projects — from tracking portal enhancements to AI container safety initiatives. Agile/Scrum experience required.
Conduct laboratory analysis of container content samples for NORDVLOOT's compliance assurance programme. Test for hazardous materials, food safety compliance, and REACH regulation conformity. MSc Chemistry required.
Manage complex EU import/export declarations, HS code classification, and Intrastat reporting. AEO-F experience essential. Dutch and English fluency required. FIATA certification a strong advantage.
Build and maintain NORDVLOOT's proprietary tracking and booking platform. PHP/MySQL backend with React frontend. Experience integrating maritime APIs (AIS, vessel tracking) a significant advantage.
Coordinate NORDVLOOT's ESG reporting, carbon measurement programme, and carrier sustainability evaluation. Prepare annual sustainability report and manage green shipping certification processes.
Coordinate day-to-day FCL and LCL shipment operations — vessel bookings, documentation, customs liaison, and client communication. Experience in freight forwarding or shipping line operations required.
